Add another Dork....

Joe Kelly, my law school buddy (as if there could be such a thing), just promised to re-record one of our undeservedly unknown songs for us here at DORKCAST to use as a themesong.

I say re-record, because Joe and I used to gather at his parents' house to record on his Tascam 4-track. A career in law notwithstanding, Joe has continued to make good music. His band Provan has a website that can be seen here. Check it out. Me, well, I bother the wife playing guitar during Alias, but she don't really mind. At least, I don't think so.

Also, Joe is totally into DORKCAST, and we'll be looking to him to contribute.

As to the song, well, let's just say it was catchy, short, and had no words. Perfect! The trouble is, the 4-track master was transferred to CD a few years ago, but even by that time the tape had deteriorated significantly and it sounded all phased out. Which was kinda cool, but hey, it's not up to Joe's standards. Joe, after all, took longer to record Provan's LP than it took Pink Floyd to record The Wall.

Let's see what he comes up with.
