Anonymous said...: There have been number of video games that have been converted to the big screen, for the most part they havent been very good.

Im really not sure whether Halo will do well on the big screen, a good comparison will be the upcoming Doom movie which will be released soon. That looks, from the trailers, very interesting, the FPS camera angles they seem to use in the trailers seem quite cool.

The original mortal kombat movie was enjoyable, but the subsequent movies were crap! The street fight motion picture was utter drivel, however the two Anime movies were very very good.

I enjoyed the two resident evil movies, ok they werent gonna win any oscars but they seemed to be appeal to me.
