First, I'm not a believer in banning violent video games because I think that it's the parent's responsiblity to raise their children and not the state's. BUT, this was clearly an f'd up situation!
That kid should never be playing a game like that...AT 9 YEARS OLD! And any parent that allows their little Cartman to talk to them that way without popping him one in the chops deserves to be neutered or spayed. That was beyond disfunctional.
