you guys have to improve the sound quality. i think its dominic thats talking way too soft, i can barely hear you (by the way i listen to your podcast during my commute to school). anyway great show you guys have great insight
Thanks for the comment, Anonymous. We appreciate your feedback. Paul and I use SKYPE to hold our conversations that end up as DORKCAST episodes. We've had some difficulty recording those SKYPE conversations and controlling the levels. Personally, I think that Paul boosts his levels after we do our test run, but leave it to him to pull a John Cale/Sister Ray moment on me.

I agree with anonymous regarding the level variations. Dom, you've always been a vocal proponent of "quality mix buss compression" -- try running the final stereo tracks through a compressor or limiter before posting. That'll give the kids maximum volume and end the practice of leaning in to hear Dom, then getting blasted out by Paul. By the way this is JK, and I can't remember my damn password.
