THREE WEEKS LATER AND...

...finally DORKCAST is listed on iTunes!

It took 3 weeks instead of the 1 to 2 weeks promised by Apple, but hey, I'm not complaining as I can now stop checking to see if it's up there. Now, I can obsessively check to see how many subscribers we have, heheheh.

Yes, now you can subscribe to DORKCAST using iTunes, and if you happen to be one of the 160 million people who own an iPod, you can have iTunes automatically sync DORKCAST (and all the rest of your podcasts) with your iPod every time you plug the little bugger in.

It's incredibly simple. Apple didn't invent podcasting, but they damn sure made it easy.

If you use iTunes (and you don't need to because we'll always post the link to every DORKCAST episode right here at www.dorkcast.com...), be sure to subscribe to DORKCAST. We're counting you to make us DORKS popular!

Cheers!

ROBOT McMONSTER...

...rides again. Check out the third episode of DORKCAST.

This week, Paul and Dominic talk about the disappointing eye candy sugar rush of the IMAX EXPERIENCE. We also have a tip for Morgan Freeman: take a permanent break, man.

Also, we begin the first of a two part discussion about horror movies. Featured this week is John Carpenter's THE FOG (no, not the re-make), and THE BLAIR WITCH PROJECT, amongst a few others.

Lastly, we close with another song by Java Jel, this one with a Halloween theme: ROBOT McMONSTER.

Enjoy!

THE DORKS STRIKE BACK

Yes, look to the right my friends, and there you will see a link to the brand new episode of DORKCAST.

In our long-awaited second episode, Paul and I tackle The Deer Hunter and The Thin Red Line. From there, the conversation devolves into a discussion of japanese cult film, Battle Royale, and the new Werner Herzog documentary, Grizzly (which my wife doesn't want to go see).

We close with the song RainForest, by my friend Java Jel. I'm still kicking myself for not making it to the studio that day...

Check out Java's new website at ... http://www.bobplotkin.com/javajel/

In the meantime, look for our next episode alot sooner now we know where the damn record button is on these frickin' macs.
